• 7+ years in client-facing roles in employee benefits/benefit administration.
• 2+ years as Client Services Lead.
• Strong healthcare administration knowledge.
• HRIS/payroll system knowledge helpful.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison between clients and production teams to understand goals, time constraints, and deliverables.
• Manage client calls and new client administrator training sessions.
• Maintain client documentation (SOPs and process docs).
• Educate clients on product updates and system functionality.
• Provide concise communication on new system functionality and industry news.
• Drive continual service delivery improvement across teams.
• Coordinate Annual Enrollment activities with clients and internal teams.
• Participate in sales finalist meetings and support prospect visits.
