Qualifications

• 7–12 years in agency or client services with B2B SaaS or tech.
• Proven renewals, upsell, and cross-sell across a $2M+ portfolio.
• Fluency across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and executive communications.
• Drive renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies tied to NRR performance.
• Architect cross-channel growth plans across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps.
• Own portfolio economics including forecasting, margins, scope, and renewals.
• Lead QBRs and executive storytelling translating data into revenue impact.
• Partner with channel leads, PMs, and operations to align priorities and ensure delivery.
• Identify client risks early and mitigate before executive escalation.
• Mentor strategists and analysts to elevate strategic thinking.
