Job summary

Silverback is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to lead strategic relationships for a portfolio of key clients. You will own client health end-to-end, translating marketing data into actionable business insights and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client services, account management, or client strategy experience, with at least 4 years at a digital or performance marketing agency.
• Fluent in paid media metrics and able to triangulate data from multiple sources to tell a clear client story.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex performance data for senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong growth mindset, with resilience in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Own client strategy by analyzing business goals and marketing performance to craft cross-functional plans.
• Triangulate data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA, and CRMs to explain performance gaps and drive decisions.
• Build healthy client relationships and monitor churn risk with proactive communication.
• Lead retention and revenue growth, identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with sales on expansions.
• Partner with delivery teams to create 3‑month plans balancing client goals with margin targets.
• Identify process improvements to increase client value and team efficiency.
• Capture client wins as case studies to showcase impact and guide future work.
• Contribute weekly insights and perspectives to keep team ahead of industry changes.
