Job summary

Toppan Merrill, a global technology leader in regulatory disclosure and communications, seeks a Senior Client Service Project Manager to serve as the primary contact for all disclosure document needs. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to guide projects from kickoff to delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in client service, excellent presentation and communication skills, and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of client service experience in a similar environment.
• Proven service excellence with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with high-level clientele and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with project oversight, multitasking and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop executive-level client relationships.
• Own overall project management and client communications.
• Lead or support multiple disclosure document projects.
• Participate in client meetings, onboarding and reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for requested services.
