Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Client Account Specialist to ensure timely payments from debtors and manage collections. You will monitor accounts, contact clients with overdue balances, and negotiate payment plans while maintaining professional client relationships.

Responsibilities include preparing bankruptcy claims, drafts for unclaimed property, and coordinating with partners and the General Counsel's office.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 5 years of relevant accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ARCS/Elite.
• High level of detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
• Strong financial, business, analytical and accounting acumen.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
• Contact clients with overdue balances and negotiate payment plans.
• Document collection efforts and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare bankruptcy claims and relevant promissory notes.
• Prepare monthly collection reports and assist in invoicing issues.
