Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Client Account Specialist to manage accounts receivable, pursue overdue balances, and negotiate payment plans, ensuring timely payments from clients.

You will serve as a key liaison between the firm and clients, documenting collection efforts and providing regular reports to partners and management. Remote work options are available across offices.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency with ARCS Collections Software, Elite, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review AR to identify overdue accounts.
• Contact clients with overdue balances by phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Negotiate payment plans or settlements to facilitate debt recovery.
• Prepare bankruptcy claims, unclaimed property, and related promissory notes.
• Prepare final demand letters for management approval and send to clients.
• Generate monthly statements and maintain collection records.
