Qualifications

• 4‑year degree preferred, or combination of education and commensurate work experience.
• 5 years of accounting experience preferred, preferably in professional services environment.
• Strong financial, business, analytical and accounting acumen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue accounts.
• Contact clients with overdue balances and negotiate payment plans.
• Document collection efforts and maintain accurate records of communications.
• Prepare final demand letters for management’s signature.
• Prepare monthly reports on delinquent AR and WIP to partners.
