Bread Financial is seeking a Senior Regional Field Engagement Specialist to enhance client associate and customer experiences with Bread Financial products. The Field Team drives top-line sales by maximizing customer loyalty and leveraging insights to boost performance.

The role requires executing engagement plans, developing client relationships, and supporting field strategy across remote/virtual teams, with strong emphasis on learning styles and payment solutions.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5-8 years of experience in retail, banking, fintech, or similar industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail, or Communications.
• 5+ years experience in a sales-driven culture with financial accountability.
• Experience working in franchisee models/dealer brands, retail leadership or field-based retail partnership.
• Experience in facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills across remote/virtual teams.
• Candidate must reside in Miami, Orlando or surrounding areas in order to be considered for this role.
