Job summary

Hitachi Solutions is seeking a senior consultant to lead M365-focused projects for enterprise clients. You will work directly with client stakeholders to align business needs with technology, drive pre-sales activities, and create architectures and migration plans.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in customer-facing IT consulting, 2+ years in Azure, and hands-on experience with M365, Entra ID, and security tools. Remote US role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing IT consulting roles in M365.
• 2+ years of experience in Azure. Some Azure knowledge expected.
• Experience creating client-facing deliverables like solution architectures or project documentation.
• Experience migrating enterprise-size clients to Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience with secure, enterprise-size Azure environments; focus on infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead M365 consulting projects with client stakeholders to align needs to technology.
• Participate in pre-sales for M365 projects including requirements and estimates.
• Create solution architectures and migration plans for M365 Modern Workplace.
• Perform hands-on implementation work as part of consulting projects.
• Provide project leadership to team members for overall delivery success.
• Interface with client IT, business, and executive teams for guidance and support.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Occasional escalation support for managed services clients.
