Job summary

WTW group is seeking an experienced Commercial Risk professional to autonomously manage complex client relationships and accounts across the Blue Collar and middle-market space. The role involves strategy renewals, onboarding new clients, and coordinating with producers and underwriters to prepare quotes and proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brokerage experience.
• Experience in Blue Collar industry and middle market client.
• Exceptional written, public speaking and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to train, mentor and provide oversight.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage client relationships and accounts of advanced complexity and requirements.
• Perform program comparison and form review, in partnership with Account Executive(s).
• Independently prepare for, manage and conduct strategy renewal meetings with clients.
• Act as primary client point of contact to provide day-to-day service by responding to client questions and requests.
• Develop, analyze, and implement competitive insurance programs, providing various alternatives for client consideration.
• Prepare market, quote rates for renewals and new business.
• Manage the onboarding process of new clients.
• Communicate and collaborate with producers, clients and underwriters to obtain information and prepare proposals.
• Maintain current files and prepare policy renewal questionnaires; review, rate and market Commercial Insurance applications.
• Perform thorough contract reviews for clients.
