Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising HR staff and leading teams.
• Demonstrated senior-level consultation with management on classification/compensation.
• Ability to analyze position descriptions and determine classifications.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workgroups and training.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day work for a team of HR consultants.
• Provide expert guidance on classification, compensation laws, policies, and labor agreements.
• Review position requests and determine correct classifications per standards and CBAs.
• Develop training materials and clear communications for stakeholders.
