Qualificações

• Three or more years of business analysis experience in medium-scale initiatives.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage concurrent tasks.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills for technical docs.

Responsabilidades

• Capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with IT and business unit management and staff.
• Understand the business domain, processes, systems, data, and linkages to create deliverables.
• Lead or participate in business process analysis to identify requirements.
• Partner with test teams to plan testing strategies and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Contribute to reporting documentation and how-to requirements.
• Engage in lifecycle phases to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Define or refine business needs for new or enhanced products or processes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and align goals.
