• Understanding of claims lifecycles, regulations, and industry terminology.
• Proficient in Agile environments and fast-paced delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on ROI mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
• Lead process analysis and optimization of claims workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and cost outcomes.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from data collection to executive presentation.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product portfolio, pricing analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or re-engineering techniques.
• Develop and track performance metrics and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses to quantify value of solutions.
• Communicate progress and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
