Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Claims Analytics & BI Analyst to partner with Claims leadership and drive data-driven decisions for a Property & Casualty insurer. You will define KPIs, own executive reporting, and build Power BI dashboards that replace manual Excel processes.

In this remote-friendly role, you will write advanced SQL queries, analyze large claims datasets, and translate complex data into actionable business insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Property & Casualty insurance claims organization through analytics, reporting, or performance management.
• Proficient in Power BI development and building executive dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Claims leadership to define KPIs and translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Own end-to-end KPI reporting, including trends, performance metrics, and executive dashboards.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions to replace manual reporting and improve efficiency.
• Analyze complex claims data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
