Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Senior Commercial Claims Analytics Consultant for a remote position in the United States. You will transform data into decision-ready insights to drive portfolio management, risk outcomes, and business performance.

Requires 8+ years of analytics experience, expertise in SQL and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and strong leadership. Remote-first with nationwide collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent.
• Expert in MS Office Suite, SQL, visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience essential.
• Ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations.
• Experience in insurance domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and issues; present insights to senior management.
• Perform complex data analyses aligned to business objectives.
• Translate questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Claims, Product, Underwriting, Actuarial and Finance to deliver solutions.
• Develop and enhance data pipelines and analytics standards.
