Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 10 years underwriting, claims, loss control, insurance-related experience, or financial services experience.
• 5+ years specific Claims experience preferred.
• 5+ years experience leading teams to deliver complex Business Intelligence projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a business intelligence strategy including metrics, dashboards, scorecards and reporting solutions.
• Identify and monitor key factors influencing Underwriting and Claims performance to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve problems and lead analyses and project plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and knowledge management initiatives.
