CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Claims Analytics Consultant for a remote role across the United States. You will transform data into decision-ready insights, drive portfolio performance, and guide risk outcomes through advanced analytics.

You will lead complex analyses, mentor junior analysts, and partner with Claims, Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance and Technology to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent.
• Expert in Microsoft Office, SQL, Visual Basic, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong leadership, mentoring and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and issues; lead complex data analyses for Commercial Claims.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Develop data pipelines, reporting frameworks and analytics standards.
• Communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Collaborate across Claims, Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance and Tech.
