Job summary

Ladders, a leader in the Information Technology space, seeks a Sr. Business Process Analyst to join the team as a trusted advisor, focusing on improving processes, strengthening change management, and delivering measurable operational outcomes.

This remote role partners with client-facing teams to assess current-state operations and identify efficiency and compliance opportunities. You will help define process standards, metrics, and quality practices that support long-term performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in engineering or a related field.
• Advanced certifications preferred, such as CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects
• Experience across various industries is beneficial
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements and processes

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in continuous process improvement and change management
• Define and develop business processes, policies, and performance metrics
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, including current-state and gap analysis
• Plan and implement process improvements and change management strategies
• Interface with project areas, including customer and client services
• Oversee development and maintenance of quality programs to ensure compliance
• Deliver presentations and training on measurement and process improvement
