Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Scientist to support the Cellular Therapy product portfolio in QC analytics. You will perform hands-on bench experiments, analyze data, and interpret results in bioassay, flow cytometry, or molecular biology methods, contributing to method development and troubleshooting.

This role requires 8+ years of analytical experience in GMP environments, strong technical writing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant analytical experience in GMP, cellular therapy, or gene therapy.
• Strong background in bioassay, flow cytometry and molecular biology methodologies.
• Experience with cGMP regulations and quality control.
• Excellent technical writing and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide bioassay, flow cytometry and/or molecular biology analytical expertise for QC investigations.
• Design, plan and execute experiments; contribute to data analysis and reports.
• Support transfer of methods and method validation per regulatory requirements.
• Lead CAPA, deviation, and improvement efforts.
• Mentor colleagues in cell biology and assay techniques.
• Prepare regulatory documentation and participate in inspections as needed.
