Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Head of Procurement in the United States to build a global procurement function from the ground up within a fast-growing international business.

You will own procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and complex negotiations across 200 destinations, aligning with finance, product, and growth. This leadership role offers autonomy and a remote-friendly setup with onsite onboarding for critical steps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in procurement.
• Built procurement functions, policies, and vendor management from scratch.
• Experience in international contract negotiations for complex services.
• Strong financial analysis of supplier costs and savings opportunities.
• Leads cross-functional teams and scalable processes for growth.
• Strategic thinker balancing cost, quality, reliability, risk.
• Experience in telecom, connectivity, or SaaS environments preferred.
• Knowledge of international vendor compliance and cross-border operations a plus.
• Proactive, commercially minded with autonomous management.
