Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Category Manager – IT for a healthcare leader. This remote role is US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

You will develop and execute multiyear category strategies, lead end-to-end sourcing events, manage supplier relationships, and coach procurement teams. Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 annually, with opportunities for strategic impact and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related field
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience preferred
• Deep expertise in software licensing and SaaS negotiations
• Proven ability to manage complex procurement initiatives and deliver measurable savings

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multiyear category strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including supplier selection and negotiation
• Manage key supplier relationships and continuous improvement efforts
• Directly supervise and develop procurement team members
• Champion cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders toward enterprise goals
