Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Category Management to lead end-to-end category strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, and supplier partnerships.

The role shapes roadmaps using syndicated and internal data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to drive growth. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align strategies with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes, while building team capability and process

Formación

• 8 years category management, sourcing, or procurement experience.
• 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to interpret data into recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of category strategies, pricing, promotions, and omnichannel merchandising to drive revenue and market share.
• Oversee sourcing and supplier management, including RFIs/RFPs and governance, with cost and service considerations.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and inform innovation and rationalization decisions.
• Track category performance via KPIs and analytics, translating insights into actionable plans.
