Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive category development, supplier engagement, and sourcing execution across the United States. You will collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams, manage RFx processes, and optimize supplier performance.

Qualified candidates bring 10+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and contract experience, and mastery of eSourcing tools. This remote role requires CST/PST hours and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing including tech services.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Experience with eSourcing and spend analytics tools (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua) and strong Excel/Google skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered procurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop category management plans and sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and performance targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive supplier initiatives.
• Develop reports on savings, metrics, and KPIs to monitor progress.
• Provide visibility into supplier spend and performance across the organization.
• Support RFx efforts by guiding supplier selections.
