Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner organization, is seeking a Senior Case Manager based in the United States. You will deliver fully virtual, culturally responsive case management to newcomers navigating resettlement, coordinating housing, employment, healthcare, and immigration resources.

This grant-funded role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, collaboration with ORR providers and community partners, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years in case management or human service delivery for refugee/immigrant populations in the U.S.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed and strengths-based casework.
• Experience with motivational interviewing and self-sufficiency planning.
• Fluency in English; multilingual skills preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, crisis-related case situations with client-centered support.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs across domains.
• Co-create individualized case plans and coordinate required services.
• Welcome newcomers and help access housing, employment, and healthcare resources.
• Advocate for clients to access federal, state, local, and nonprofit programs.
• Maintain accurate case files and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed.
