Job summary

World Relief seeks a compassionate case manager to support immigrant families in Chicago. The role includes helping families apply for public benefits, access healthcare, enroll children in school, and connect with community resources.

The position is grant-funded through 6/30/2027 and requires guiding families through complex systems while maintaining thorough case documentation and participating in team trainings.

Qualifications

• Mature and personal Christian faith required.
• Commitment to World Reliefs mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to immigrant families, including public benefits applications and referrals.
• Assist asylum seeking families in accessing Medicaid, All Kids, VTTC, and WIC.
• Orient participants to the healthcare system and arrange transportation as needed.
• Educate families about their new city and community resources.
• Maintain accurate client files, case notes, and reporting records.
• Participate in department meetings and trainings; support other duties as assigned.
