Job description

Flexible Schedule, Fully Remote, $28-$38/hour

Fully remote $28-$38/hour Bachelors US EZ Health

Getting older often means more doctors, more prescriptions and more paperwork. It also means more phone calls to make. Many of the seniors we work with know something needs to happen, but they aren't sure where to start. EZ Health is looking for Health Coaches to be the steady, dependable person in their corner.

You'll work by phone with older adults. You'll get to know their situation, work out what needs to happen next, and see it through to the end. If you're warm, patient and good at untangling problems, this role was built for you.

Unlike a typical call center job, you won't be racing through a queue of strangers. Each coach supports about 20 clients or fewer, so you'll have real time to build relationships and stay with people as their needs change.

A typical week might include:

Regular check-in calls with your clients

Asking thoughtful questions to get to the heart of what someone needs

Helping clients prepare for doctor visits and making sense of the instructions afterward

Explaining benefits, referrals and medical information in plain language

Calling doctors' offices, pharmacies, insurers and local organizations on a client's behalf

Arranging practical support like rides, prescription refills and meal programs

Looking into options and solving problems when something gets in the way

Writing clear notes on each conversation and what comes next

Staying on top of open items until every one is closed out

What makes someone great at this

You don't need a healthcare background, though it can help. What matters most is how you treat people and how reliably you get things done.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Like connecting with seniors and building trust over the phone

Are comfortable spending much of your day making outbound calls

Are a careful listener who knows the right follow-up question to ask

Can take something complicated and explain it simply

Stay calm and kind when someone is anxious, confused or upset

Can juggle several ongoing cases without losing track

Follow through on your own, without being reminded

Are at ease with email, Google Docs, Google Sheets and other web tools

Get satisfaction from finding practical answers to real problems

Our team uses technology and AI to stay organized and save time. But the best coaches bring something no tool can provide: compassion, sound judgment, persistence and genuine human connection.
