Job summary

Amada Senior Care is seeking an experienced Franchise Business Consultant – Western Region to coach and advise a portfolio of Franchise Partners across the Western United States. This fully remote role requires 25–40% travel and focuses on revenue growth, caregiver recruitment, sales performance, and operational excellence.

You’ll guide owners on leadership, financial management, and strategic planning while aligning with Amada's care pillars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting, franchise support, multi‑unit operations, healthcare operations, business development, sales leadership, or operational management.
• Demonstrated success coaching business owners or operational leaders.
• Strong knowledge of sales management, operations, financial reporting, KPIs, and business planning.
• Experience interpreting Profit & Loss statements and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business consultant for an assigned portfolio of 25–35 franchise owners.
• Develop trusted relationships that promote accountability, business growth, and operational excellence.
• Conduct recurring business review meetings to evaluate franchise performance and strategic initiatives.
• Create customized business improvement plans designed to increase revenue, profitability, caregiver retention, and operational efficiency.
• Coach franchise owners on leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and organizational growth.
• Provide guidance on implementing corporate initiatives and operational best practices.
