Job summary

Fortra is seeking a Senior Capture & Proposal Manager to design, lead, and optimize their end-to-end capture and proposal management function. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Contracts, Finance, and Leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions across the pursuit lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in capture management, proposal management, or related strategic pursuit functions.
• Experience leading complex federal/public sector or government proposals, including multi-million-dollar opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules, milestones, and submission plans.
• Design and administer bid/no-bid evaluation processes and governance.
