INNERGY seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers. You will partner with Sales to lead the pre-sales cycle, demonstrate CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows, and translate requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions that align with product strategy.

Remote role across North America; travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits. Strong background in architectural millwork or cabinetry is preferred, with 3+ years in related roles

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and related systems.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or related manufacturing industries.

Mansioni

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
