Job summary

ICF, a global advisory and technology services firm, is seeking a Senior Specialist for C&I Buildings to help scale nationwide. You will partner with local teams to develop and support business capture, inform program design, and guide cross-functional delivery of energy solutions across North America.

You will engage with SMEs, assess technologies, and lead efforts in building electrification, DERs, and energy efficiency to drive growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in design, construction, operation, or optimization of commercial and industrial buildings with energy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support capture activities, including market research, savings projections, and drafting proposal text.
• Evolve C&I offerings in partnership with Offering Managers and SMEs to ensure successful sales, start-up and delivery across North America.
• Provide technical leadership on energy solutions including building electrification, DERs, and grid-interactive buildings.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to support new offering development.
