ICF is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Energy Markets Consulting to lead multi-disciplinary teams in power market studies, asset valuations, and transaction support for utilities, developers, and investors.

You will mentor staff, drive proposals and business development, and shape investment decisions across renewable energy, transmission, and data center growth. Welcome collaborative leadership and innovative analytics at ICF.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with relevant energy markets experience.
7+ years of relevant experience for Manager or 10+ years for Senior Manager.
Demonstrated expertise in major U.S. power markets (ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE, MISO, SPP, CAISO, WECC, or SERC).
Experience leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary teams in power market studies, asset valuations, and transaction support.
Develop long-term energy, capacity, and price forecasts for major U.S. power markets.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of client-facing work products.
Review power market modeling using PROMOD, PSLF, and other tools.
Present analyses to executive-level clients.
