Job summary

Akamai is seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst to drive end-to-end business analysis for Oracle Billing and Accounts Receivable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US and India to implement innovative solutions and deliver roadmaps.

You will own requirements, process flows, and functional specs, while coordinating with Engineering, QA, UX, and Operations to ensure successful delivery and a smooth hypercare cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or similar IT role.
• Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivables (R12 / Fusion Cloud).
• Solid SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies knowledge.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand billing management processes and goals.
• Analyze systems for optimization and enhancements within Oracle Billing/AR scope.
• Create detailed requirements: user stories, flows, business/functional specs.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, UX, and operations to deliver roadmap items.
• Support UAT by developing test cases and coordinating tests.
• Ensure production quality and hypercare customer support after release.
• Document project reviews and lessons learned for future improvements.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and learn new processes/tools.
