Qualifications
- College degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in mortgage/technology/secondary market.
- Senior Analyst or Analyst level experience.
- QA/Technology Analyst experience at SitusAMC preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to build positive professional relationships.
- Flexible schedule with limited travel.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and document system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and timelines.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Assist with UAT testing and demo preparation.
- Track projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support quality initiatives and roadblock prevention.
