SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Senior/Analyst to join our product and technology teams, focused on translating business requirements into functional designs for our mortgage tech solutions. You will collaborate with Product Owners and QA teams, analyze user needs, and help drive sprint success while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, UAT support, and cross-team coordination in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

College degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, Senior Analyst or Analyst level
Over five years in mortgage / technology / secondary market experience
Training in finance / mortgage banking desired
Demonstrated success as a QA or Technology Analyst at SitusAMC strongly preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer literate with MS Office and web-based systems; emphasis on Excel
Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft products

Responsibilities

Collect, review, analyze, and document system/user requirements from business users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
Respond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements by adjusting plans and priorities accordingly.
Assign tasks as directed by manager
Analyze information from users, survey responses, and usage statistics to validate requirements.
Promote and support department goals and objectives.
Communicate feedback, performance, and status to manager.
Track, organize, and prioritize assigned projects.
Work on projects to completion within required timeframes; report delays as needed.
Translate business requirements to detailed functional designs for development, testing, and implementation.
Investigate system usage, overrides, and errors as assigned by manager.
Participate with other analysts to ensure synergy between systems.
Assist with UAT testing and demo preparation
Handle day-to-day requests; communicate test progress to stakeholders
Other activities as assigned by manager
