Job summary

SitusAMC is a leading player in the real estate technology space, seeking a senior analyst to monitor and analyze system usage, design solutions, and create specifications for adjustments to SitusAMC’s systems. You’ll work closely with the technology department and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in mortgage/technology/secondary market arenas, a college degree, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience at Senior Analyst level or external equivalent.
• Over five years in mortgage / technology / secondary market experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to provide actionable constructive feedback objectively and with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, analyze, and document system/user requirements from business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Respond to changes in project scope by adjusting plans and priorities accordingly.
• Analyze information, including feedback and usage statistics, to strengthen requirements.
• Translate business requirements to detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation.
• Assist with UAT testing and demo preparation.
• Handle day to day requests and communicate test progress to stakeholders.
