Job summary

SitusAMC seeks an experienced Analyst to monitor and analyze system usage, translate business needs into functional designs, and support QA initiatives. You will collaborate with the technology department and stakeholders, document requirements, and manage project scope and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in mortgage/technology, strong communication, Excel expertise, and a collaborative mindset. Travel is limited and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level or external equivalent.
• Over five years in mortgage/technology/secondary market experience.
• Strong QA/analyst background preferred at SitusAMC.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, analyze, and document system/user requirements from business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Respond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements by adjusting plans.
• Assign tasks as directed by manager.
• Analyze information from users and usage statistics to validate requirements.
• Promote and support department goals and objectives.
• Communicate feedback and status of staff to manager.
• Track, organize, and prioritize assigned projects.
• Work on projects to completion within required time frames and flag delays.
• Translate business requirements to detailed functional designs for development and testing.
• Investigate system usage issues and common errors as assigned.
• Participate in discussions to ensure synergy between systems.
• Own or facilitate other quality initiatives as assigned by manager.
• Anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks.
• Assist with UAT testing and demo preparation.
• Handle day-to-day requests and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
