SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Analyst/Analyst to join our mortgage/technology team. You will collect, analyze, and document requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into detailed functional designs for development and testing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mortgage/technology, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proven track record in QA or analysis within SitusAMC.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in mortgage/technology roles, senior/analyst level.
• Experience in QA or technology analysis at SitusAMC preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and document system requirements from business users.
• Define project goals, scope, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs.
• Assist with UAT testing and demo preparation.
• Track and prioritize assigned projects and communicate progress.
• Support agile teams and QA activities.
• Adapt to changing priorities and communicate delays when needed.
