Kimball Electronics is seeking a Business Manager to develop and sustain long-term customer relationships across the industrial market. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and Kimball’s plants and headquarters, coordinating effort and ensuring a consistent experience.

You will travel nationally and globally, work remotely from home, and leverage your engineering or manufacturing background to run strategic programs, manage accounts, and drive growth for existing OEM customers.

Formación

• A willingness to travel nationally and globally.
• Work remotely.
• Engineering degree or relevant experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Business Development or PM.
• Experience establishing long-term customer relationships at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience with customers, suppliers, operations, and Lean/Six Sigma methods.
• 3+ years leading teams (without direct reports).
• Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to guide projects and account teams.
• Detail-oriented and responsive to customer and operational needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop long-term relationships with customers and manage key accounts.
• Serve as main contact between customer and Kimball Electronics.
• Communicate value propositions and strategic plans to customers.
• Lead and participate in periodic business reviews and action plans.
• Travel as needed to support customer visits and project milestones.
