Job summary
Kimball Electronics seeks a Business Manager to strengthen long-term relationships with OEM customers in the industrial market. You will communicate the company's Package of Value and execute strategic plans to grow current accounts, traveling globally and interfacing between customers, plants, and headquarters.
The role is remote in the United States (preferably AZ/NV/UT region). Ideal candidates understand electronics manufacturing, or have proven PM/marketing leadership, and excel in
Qualifications
- Willingness to travel nationally and globally.
- Engineering degree or relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, business development or program management.
- Experience establishing long-term customer relationships at multiple levels.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with lean/six sigma processes and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as main customer liaison, coordinating between customer, Kimball plants, and headquarters.
- Communicate Kimball's value package and implement strategic plans for long-term relationships.
- Support remote work with on-site visits as needed.
- Manage periodic business reviews, scorecards, and action plans.
- Lead or participate in new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure on-time cash flow and AR through productive collaborations.
