Kimball Electronics is seeking a Business Manager to maintain long-term customer relationships and optimize the capacity and capability of our facilities. You will serve as the main contact between customers and Kimball, coordinating with plants and headquarters.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Business Development or Program Management.
• Experience building long‑term customer relationships at all levels.
• Experience with customers, suppliers, operations and Lean/Six Sigma methods.
• Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build partnerships with key personnel at customer locations through onsite visits.
• Understand capabilities of Kimball facilities and the Customer Management Model.
• Utilize tools like SAP, Business Warehouse, and forecast management for account planning.
• Manage Periodic Business Reviews, Scorecards, and Action Plans with customers.
• Guide the customer management model per Kimball philosophy and explore new opportunities.
• Travel nationally and globally and work remotely when not on travel.
