• Juris Doctor and good standing licensed to practice law in the primary state of residence.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business immigration.
• Experience in high-volume business immigration matters.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Strong case management and initiative in handling matters.
• Excellent research and writing of affidavits and briefs.
• Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills.
