The position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state with an Ogletree Deakins office. Qualified applicants with arrest records will be considered as provided by law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate (ABA-approved).
• 4+ years of paralegal experience in a business immigration practice.
• Experience researching law and preparing documents for immigration matters.
• Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management.
