Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in good standing.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business immigration as a licensed attorney.
• Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Highly organized with initiative in case management.
• Strong research and writing of affidavits and briefs.
• Excellent proofreading, editing, and time management skills.
