Job summary

Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead data, analytics, and digital solutions for government and commercial clients. You will define problems, analyze large datasets, engage stakeholders, and translate insights into practical, decision-support tools using Power BI and the Power Platform.

This remote role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, the ability to coordinate workstreams independently, and the capacity to obtain and maintain a federal security

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting, analytics, or digital solutions experience.
• Experience leading at least one workstream from problem definition to implementation.
• Strong data analysis, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft 365 stack.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
• Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear questions, analyses and priorities.
• Clean, combine, and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and working sessions to gather requirements and build alignment.
• Translate insights into recommendations, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Build solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, contributors, and client communications.
