Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive federal HR improvements using Microsoft Power Platform. You will design Power BI dashboards, develop Power Apps, and automate processes while collaborating with HR, IT, and policy teams.

Remote work from Virginia supports flexible, mission-driven delivery of critical services. You will gather requirements, implement analytics, and apply Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational performance across federal agencies.

Qualifications

Experience designing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong background in business analysis and process improvement.
Familiar with HR processes and federal programs.
Ability to translate business needs into dashboards and apps.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions.
Translate requirements into reporting solutions with KPIs and data needs.
Connect and transform data from SharePoint Online, Excel, and enterprise systems.
Perform data validation to ensure dashboards and reports are accurate.
Lead BPR efforts across federal HR operations.
Document business, functional, and system requirements with stakeholders.
Develop workflows using Microsoft Visio and maintain process documentation.
Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies and improve performance.
Collaborate with policy experts to align workstreams.
