Job summary

Blue Water Thinking is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data, automation, and reporting solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataflows to deliver scalable analytics and automation across enterprise sources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering enterprise data, reporting, automation, or Power Platform solutions.
• MUST have proven experience using Azure Databricks.
• Experience designing and maintaining Dataverse data models, relationships, security roles, and scalable enterprise data solutions.
• Experience developing and supporting production Power Automate solutions.
• Experience developing Power BI reports, datasets, dashboards, and dataflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, and other enterprise sources.
• Create and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and scalable data models.
• Develop and support Power Automate flows, business processes, and automation solutions.
• Develop Power BI semantic models, datasets, dashboards, and reports using DAX and Power Query.
• Troubleshoot data transformations, dataflows, refresh processes, and dataset performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
