Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Analyst to monitor and analyze system usage, translate business requirements into functional designs, and support quality initiatives. You will work with the technology department and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and a strong focus on problem solving, data analysis, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in mortgage/technology/secondary market roles.
• QA/Technology Analyst experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, analyze, and document system/user requirements from business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Respond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements by adjusting plans.
• Assign tasks as directed by manager.
• Analyze feedback and usage data to validate requirements.
• Promote and support department goals and objectives.
• Communicate feedback and status to manager.
• Track, organize, and prioritize projects.
• Complete projects within timeframes and flag delays.
• Translate business requirements to detailed functional designs.
• Investigate system usage issues and errors as assigned.
• Coordinate with other analysts to ensure system synergy.
• Facilitate quality initiatives as assigned by manager.
• Anticipate and prevent roadblocks.
• Assist with UAT testing and demo preparation.
• Handle day-to-day requests and test progress communications.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
