Qualifications

• College degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience, typically in Senior Analyst or Analyst roles.
• Over five years in mortgage / technology / secondary market experience.
• Training in finance / mortgage banking desired.
• Proven QA/Technology Analyst experience at SitusAMC preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• MS Office proficiency; high level in Excel.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
• Flexible schedule and limited travel.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, analyze, and document system/user requirements from business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Respond to changes in scope by adjusting plans and priorities.
• Assign tasks as directed by manager.
• Analyze feedback and usage data to validate requirements.
• Translate business requirements to detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation.
• Participate in discussions to ensure synergy between systems.
• Assist with UAT testing and demo preparation.
