General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support the Indian Health Service EHR modernization program.

Fully remote, you will sustain KM and SharePoint operations across the program, ensuring structure, accessibility, and governance. You will lead governance, manage Lessons Learned, document procedures, support GovSlack administration, and collaborate with KM teams to drive process improvement and timely ticket resolution across functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with SharePoint (document libraries, metadata tagging, lists, permissions).
• Proven ability to document processes.
• Oracle Cerner certification may substitute for 3 years of required experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead/Manage/Support KM and SharePoint operations across the program, ensuring consistent structure, organization, and accessibility.
• Monitor, triage, and track KM tickets, coordinating resolution and maintaining visibility into progress.
• Provide front-end SharePoint administration, including creating lists/libraries, designing modern pages, and managing permissions and groups.
