Partner Company is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst based in the United States to support a federal healthcare modernization program focused on Indigenous communities.

The role emphasizes knowledge management, SharePoint governance, and contract management execution, with ongoing collaboration across functional teams and leadership. You will oversee documentation processes, coordinate lessons learned, and drive process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, metadata tagging, lists, modern pages, permissions, and user groups.
• Experience supporting PMO teams and complex projects.
• Experience with change management, reporting, workflow tracking, issue resolution, and milestone monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to prepare high-quality documentation and briefings.
• Knowledge management principles, content governance, and structured information repositories.
• Familiarity with GovSlack, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
• Support federal contract program managers and government program operations is desirable.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge management and SharePoint administration, ensuring governance, organization, and accessibility of program information.
• Create and maintain SharePoint lists, document libraries, modern pages, metadata structures, permissions, and user groups.
• Monitor, triage, and track knowledge management tickets and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop and maintain program assets including process documentation, procedures, templates, and knowledge repositories.
• Coordinate Lessons Learned process, collect submissions, and track progress to support continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations, briefings, and status updates for leadership and customers.
• Support contract execution, workflow tracking, reporting, and operational coordination.
